I know very well about the whole process of founding the entrepreneur.

When the magazine was still in preparation, I talked with several of the main founders.

In my eyes, "entrepreneur" is a very innovative company.

Over the past two years, magazines have grasped the group of entrepreneurs and the topics they are interested in as the core of entrepreneurship.

On this basis, I have done many activities, and I have also been fortunate to have participated in some of them. The forms are quite novel and the response is very good.

There are also breakthroughs in the marketing of magazines, such as the short notice of the next issue through SMS, which makes people interested in reading articles.

Some of my analysis of entrepreneurial companies impressed me.

Today, the entrepreneur is two years old, and UFIDA is 22 years old. We are very willing to share some feelings of UFIDA with readers at the time of "entrepreneur" 2nd anniversary.

In the past 22 years, I have the deepest understanding of two sentences.

As a start-up enterprise, your product and service, your business mode and management mode must constantly comply with the change of customer requirements, conform to the changes of industrial development, and continue to innovate.

At the same time, we must adhere to some key business elements of enterprises, such as our software industry, our product development, marketing, service, internal management, these four factors should be balanced development.

Because only in this way, you can have the ability to continue to develop; only in this way, when you need to innovate, your company has the foundation.

Therefore, continuous innovation and balanced development is our most important proposition.

In the past two years, several important changes have taken place in UF: the first is to pform our business model from the original product and solution to the direction of customer management.

This pformation will have a major impact on UFIDA in the next 10 or 20 years.

Second, in line with the pformation of our customers, we have implemented an industry based business strategy.

This is actually associated with customer management. This important business strategy will also have a great impact on the future development of the company.

Recently, in the real estate industry, in medical and health, in media publishing, the latest in the automotive industry, there are new developments, which enrich our product line and enhance product competitiveness.

Third, we have intensified the strategy of acquisition and merger since 2008.

Over the past two years, we have done many mergers and acquisitions, which play an important role in accelerating the company's development.

The last is our proposal this year.

This is an important concept of value.

For our company, it not only guides us how to better provide software products and services, but also makes our development not only stay at the level of products and services that we are familiar with, but is more in-depth: where is the final purpose of this product and service? What is the core value? I think this idea will have a very important impact on our company.

At least it drives our company's structure to develop towards a better idea and value.

Personally, I think the change of concept has a very important impact on the development of our company.

There are several trends in our industry. First, I think a new golden 10 year is coming.

China's management software and service industry will have huge market opportunities and growth opportunities in the future.

The second is that our management software and services will become more and more closely integrated. For example, with consulting services, application integration services, including some outsourced services, will become more and more integrated.

The third is the emergence and development of new industries. Especially now, based on the cloud architecture, platform, fully online and mobile services, China's new industrial form will change the industrial structure to a large extent in the future.

The last point is that China's management software and service industries will form a larger world-class influence in the global software industry, and will create new world-class providers.

Therefore, I suggest that people who have entrepreneurial dreams can try to find entrepreneurial opportunities in them. There are two points I think is good: one is to find some specific industrial opportunities from the whole industry chain.

Because now forming an industrial ecological chain, all links need corresponding manufacturers to do, for example, some services outsourcing will become bigger and bigger.

The two is to cut through the new industrial form, such as breaking through the traditional software package solution, instead of using the SaaS mode to develop the service in this field.

I think there are some opportunities for entrepreneurship in these two aspects.

I really think there are more opportunities now than ever before, and the more confidence we have, the more opportunities and opportunities for us to grow into world-class software companies in China.

We are firmly advancing in this direction.
