The list of cleaner production enterprises is 118, of which 34 are in Quanzhou, 17 are Shishi enterprises, accounting for 50% of Quanzhou's total, accounting for 14.4% of the list of enterprises in the province, and Shishi is the key area of cleaner production audit in Fujian province this year.

Cleaner production audit refers to the investigation and diagnosis of production and service process according to certain procedures, and finds out the reasons for high energy consumption, high material consumption and heavy pollution. It puts forward the plan to reduce the use and generation of toxic and harmful materials, reduce energy consumption, material consumption and waste generation, and then select the feasible process of economic and economical production and environmental friendly cleaner production plan.

Shishi enterprise has carried out cleaner production audit with high enthusiasm. Among the 17 mandatory audited enterprises, 11 enterprises and the only Shishi solar energy conservation and environmental protection agency with the qualification of cleaner production audit are assisting in cleaner production audit. In addition, 30 enterprises are willing to cooperate with the agency to carry out cleaner production audit.

Listed in the list of compulsory cleaner production audit enterprises in Fujian Province in 2009, the implementation plan for cleaner production has been completed, and the application for acceptance has been put forward. The former has passed the on-site acceptance.

This year, Shishi's 17 compulsory cleaner production enterprises, in addition to one for leather production enterprises, the remaining 16 are all printing and dyeing enterprises.

Dyeing and printing industry is a heavy industry with heavy discharge of wastewater and energy saving and emission reduction tasks. It is also a key industry to implement mandatory cleaner production audit.

Fujian has made clear the progress requirements, has been included in the 2010 implementation of cleaner production audit list of 16 printing and dyeing enterprises in Shishi and 1 leather enterprises, must be 1 years, that is, 2011 August to complete the cleaner production audit, its audit report should be submitted to the evaluation and acceptance.

According to the results of several enterprises that have already launched and implemented cleaner production plan in Shishi, the social and environmental benefits and the economic benefits of enterprises are very obvious.

From the perspective of Shishi's industrial structure, the industry that implements cleaner production audit is concentrated in printing and dyeing industry, hardware electroplating industry, leather industry and PU industry.

Although the cleaner production audit work in Shishi is still in its infancy, it has attracted the attention of key industries in Shishi's pollution prevention and control. The number of voluntary cleaner production audits is about twice the number of compulsory production audits.

Especially in Shishi's most polluting printing and dyeing industry, about half of the above scale enterprises have carried out compulsory and voluntary cleaner production audit work, and some enterprises have basically completed the cleaner production audit work.
