BOC Rongye (000982) Announced The Notice Of Production Suspension On The Evening Of December 18
BOC Rongye (000982) announced in the evening of December 18 that the company received the Notice of Production Suspension from its wholly-owned subsidiary Dujiangyan Juhengyi New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Juhengyi") on December 15, 2023.
In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the cleaner production transformation project of Juhengyi, a subsidiary, the technical experts assessed that Juhengyi planned to stop production on December 19, 2023. During the shutdown period, Juhengyi will upgrade the production materials involved in the cleaner production transformation project, such as production processes, environmental protection devices and energy-saving facilities, and organize all employees to carry out environmental awareness Training on safety specification and standardized operation. Juhengyi has obtained relevant approval procedures for cleaner production transformation. After the transformation, it will improve the level of environmental protection and safety production and other related processes. Juhengyi is expected to stop production for 4-6 months, and it is planned to resume normal production in the second quarter of 2024.
