Fujian Putian 100 Shoe Companies Jointly Strengthen The Ability To Resist Market Risks

Since the beginning of this year, a series of overseas recalls have affected China's footwear products, especially in Europe and the United States.

Recently, hundreds of shoe companies in Putian have held seminars to explore ways to deal with the new requirements of quality buyers from European and American buyers.

The conference decided that more than 100 shoe enterprises should join hands to take concerted action from four aspects: first, enhance communication with foreign businessmen, share the cost pressure, strengthen internal management, and effectively reduce production costs; two, promote the strategy of "developing enterprises through science and technology", increase the technological content of export products and increase the added value of products; three, strengthen brand awareness and cultivate famous brands with independent intellectual property rights; four, intensify the implementation of diversification strategy of export market, and disperse the risk of single product and single market.

According to our understanding, Putian exported more than 1 billion 100 million dollars of footwear products last year, and exported footwear of 739 million US dollars in 1-8 months this year, increasing by more than 10% for 6 consecutive years.
