As a result, 3 girls were not on the train. One of them called the personnel department to say that they had missed the bus. They would arrive at the interview place on their own, and the other two people had never heard from him until the Ministry of personnel called to ask.
Nowadays, many fresh people entering the society are all rushed to the doctor. They do not know the situation of enterprises, but they just throw their CVs.
It is taboo in the workplace to be informed of the interview but not to participate in the interview. This is a great disrespect for the enterprise.
Although the two girls who interviewed us according to our arrangement did not succeed in their job search at last, at least once more, we placed them in the standby talent pool. Later, one of the girls got the chance to interview again, and successfully joined the position of the Executive Clerk of the company.

I remember when I was in a hotel internship, I was never allowed to say hello when I was asked to receive a phone call. I must say "hello". At that time, I felt very awkward, and then gradually formed a habit.
Later, in various working units, politeness has also become the first impression of many leaders, and it also adds a lot to my work and promotion.
